Installation

All the system products from Q-railing are pure installation products. They are very easy to assemble. The support parts are bolted and the insert parts glued. Both assembly methods offer specific benefits. Installation work is fast and clean and above all no reworking is necessary. Our customers can also be extremely flexible in their project planning as a result of the variation offered by our product range. The clean finish of our products and their low tolerances ensure that the installation work can be carried out smoothly.

Material use

Q-railing products are manufactured, packed, stored and shipped with great care. The following instructions for use and care should be followed to ensure that the products continue to meet the customer’s expectations in the long term:

• We recommend products in quality 304 (V2A) for indoor use.

• Products in quality 316 (V4A) are also suitable for outdoor use. After installation we recommend that the products are passivated using Q-ULTRA-CLEAN. The products may be susceptible to airborne rust, particularly when they are exposed to extreme weather and climatic conditions such as near the coast, near industrial sites or in swimming pools. Again we recommend you take care of them by cleaning them thoroughly using Q-ULTRA-CLEAN, and maintain their condition with Q-cleaner.

•Die-cast zinc products can also be used indoors regardless of their finish. The products require virtually no care. If they become dirty we recommend that you clean them with a soft cleaning cloth and do not use any aggressive cleaning products.
