By the help of the spectrometer complete analyses of materials can be made to inspect the proportion of all its elements. The “SPECTROTEST” made by Spectro in Kleve (Germany) works 50 times faster than other systems by using a completely digital excitation system for spark emission spectrometers. Q-railing appoints those conditions that must be fulfilled by every tested item using controlled reference products. Single items are randomly taken out of production and tested. Only those products that pass the continuous tests get released for being sold. .
